STEP.1Request collection if equipment needs to be collected (directly sent by the customer – self-payment of the delivery charge, return receipt of Korea Express: 1 to 2 extra days of the week)
STEP.2Collect customer information (name, phone number, address, AS reason) and process reception
STEP.3
After arriving, check sequentially, call the customer, and send and dispose of the device.
(If you don't answer the customer service call, your delivery of the package may be delayed after checking the aftersales service.)
* Delivery takes three to four days, excluding weekends.
Visit A/S Procedure
STEP.1Please call the customer service center before visiting STEP 1. (Visible Time: Monday through Friday / 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.)
STEP.2For visits, the after-sales service processing time will take about 10 to 20 minutes.
STEP.3
Inspection, we will inform you of compensation processing or inspection results if the device itself is abnormal.
* Inspection can be carried out on the same day when receiving a visit (However, it takes three to four days if the person in charge of A/S is absent)
